Two-thirds of the way through. 7 days left!!!
Baby was up most of the night. Sooo tired. Made broccoli soup, added a parsnip, which made the soup too sweet. Groooss. I think I am just sick of soup. Will try the "Bulchers' Spicy Bean Soup" tomorrow.
Not much to report, other than feeling tired. Got a late start, hubby took over around 7am and let me sleep til about 10am. So I was hungry and I forgot to weigh in. No news is good news, right? I did realise this morning, that I can take my jeans off without unbottoning them. They just slip right off! That makes me happy. I can pack those away and be in a size smaller!! :)
I should mention, last night was as close to a "healing crisis" I've come. I felt nauseous, cold, had a headache and a cough. It was all gone by this morning. My coffee break is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I am so regular, it is great. I am really happy to hear that Grandma has kept the weight off and that the Bulchers' are enjoying the extra energy. This detox is starting to be a drag, might be my "moodiness" right now. But only one week left. I'll do my best to finish strong.
Good night and God bless!
Yeah for a smaller pants size, Jenny!!!! :-) I am sorry about your soup! I hope the bean soup turns out well for you!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat Joseph and I have noticed a lot lately is our skin being SO dry!!! My hands are what took a hit the most. Most of Joseph's skin is bothering him. any suggestions?! We'd love it!!
hope all is well. Goodnight!!
hey Jen...I think I remember we both felt kinda "yucky" just before we had our "coffee break". Get that done and hopefully you will get rid of the toxins. That's awesome about stripping out of your jeans...would come in handy if you use the smooth move tea. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI have gained one pound, and have been off suppliments, fiber, and laxitives since Tuesday. I know my goal was to keep 1/2 the weight off, but now I'm greedy and want to keep 6 of the 7 pounds off. What can you eat that contains vitamin B? That vitimin is awesome for taking the edge off of PMS. <3 you guys
my skin has been very dry on this also. I tried coconut oil. I haven't wanted to use lotions. My mom used the mary kay "silky hands" My guess is a good natural exfoliating scrub and lotion. Let me know if you find a remedy. Maybe an oatmeal bath?
ReplyDeleteGood work, Grandma! We are all watching you, hoping we have a shot at keeping the weight off as well :) no pressure!
